Refund & Return Policy
The Pawesome LLC wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how refunds and returns work for both our digital and physical products.
Digital Products
Applies to: Digital pet training programs and courses accessed through our member portal.

Guarantee: 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

How to request a refund:

  1. Email support@thepawesome.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout
  2. We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request
  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal)
  4. Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider
Upon refund, access to the member portal and all associated digital content will be revoked.
Physical Products (Including CalmiCollar)
Guarantee: 90-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

Eligibility: To qualify for a refund on physical products, the following conditions apply:

  • The refund request must be made within 90 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by tracking information)
  • The product must be returned to us
  • The product does not need to be unused, but it must be returned in its original packaging where possible
How to request a return and refund:

  1. Email support@thepawesome.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the reason for your return
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions within 2 business days
  3. Ship the product back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  4. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 business days
  5. Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  6. Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider
No restocking fees are charged.
Subscription Orders
If you are on a subscription plan for a physical product:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@thepawesome.com
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • Products already shipped under the current billing cycle are eligible for return and refund under the 90-day physical product policy above
  • No partial refunds are given for the current billing cycle upon cancellation
Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the guarantee period has expired (60 days for digital, 90 days for physical)
  • Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address and the product was delivered to that address
  • Products that were not returned when a return is required (physical products)
  • Duplicate refund requests for the same order
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective physical product:

  1. Email support@thepawesome.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and photos of the damage or defect
  3. We will send a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund — your choice
  4. You will not be required to return damaged or defective products
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of confirmation:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company — processing times vary
  3. If you still have not received your refund, email support@thepawesome.com and we will investigate
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us at support@thepawesome.com before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issue promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and result in your account being suspended.
