These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of thepawesome.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ThePawesome is a trading name of The Pawesome LLC, registered in the US. Registered address: 30 N Gould St. Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or make any purchases.
Section 1: Definitions
"We," "us," "our" — ThePawesome / The Pawesome LLC
"You," "your" — the individual accessing the Site or making a purchase
"Digital Products" — digital content, guides, programs, or courses delivered through our member portal
"Physical Products" — tangible goods shipped to you, including but not limited to the CalmiCollar
"Subscription" — a recurring order for Physical Products billed on a monthly cycle
"Site" — thepawesome.com and all associated pages
Section 2: Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site and make purchases. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Section 3: Product and Services
Digital Products

We sell digital pet training programs delivered through a secure member portal. Upon purchase, you will receive login credentials to access your content. Digital Products are for personal, non-commercial use only.

Physical Products

We sell pet care products, including the CalmiCollar. Physical Products are shipped directly to your address. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur.

Product Claims and Disclaimers

Our products are designed to support pet training and pet wellness. We do not claim that any product will cure, treat, or prevent any medical condition in animals. Results vary depending on the individual pet, consistency of use, and other factors. See our Disclaimer page for full details.
Section 4: Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information.

We accept payment through Stripe and PayPal. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Section 5: Subscription Orders
Certain Physical Products (including the CalmiCollar) may be offered on a subscription basis.

Key subscription terms:
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date as your original order
  • You will be charged automatically each billing cycle until you cancel
  • The subscription option may be pre-selected during checkout. You are responsible for reviewing your order summary before completing your purchase. The subscription selection is clearly displayed on the checkout page and in your order confirmation
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@thepawesome.com. Cancellation requests will be processed within 2 business days
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next cycle after cancellation is confirmed
  • No partial refunds are given for the current billing cycle upon cancellation
  • Subscription pricing may change. If pricing changes, you will be notified by email at least 14 days before the new price takes effect. Continuing your subscription after the price change constitutes acceptance. You may cancel before the new price takes effect

Section 6: Digital Product Access and License
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Digital Product for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • Share, distribute, or resell the content
  • Copy, reproduce, or modify the content
  • Use the content for commercial purposes
  • Share your login credentials with others
We reserve the right to revoke access if these terms are violated.
Section 7: Shipping and Delivery
Digital Products are delivered instantly through our member portal upon purchase.

Physical Products are shipped from our fulfillment center. Estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days from the date of shipment. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Section 8: Refunds and Returns
Digital Products: 60-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase. Contact support@thepawesome.com to request a refund.

Physical Products (including CalmiCollar): 90-day money-back guarantee from date of delivery. Product must be returned to qualify for a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Full details are available on our Refund & Returns Policy page.
Section 9: Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, videos, logos, digital product content, and software — is the property of The Pawesome LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
Section 10: User Accounts
If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Section 11: Prohibited Conduct
When using our Site, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site

  • We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or errors in the Site or delivery of products

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Pawesome LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third party's rights.
Section 15: Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved through the following process:

  1. Informal Resolution — Contact us at support@thepawesome.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
  2. Binding Arbitration — If informal resolution fails, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration will be conducted in English. Each party bears its own costs.
  3. Class Action Waiver — You agree to resolve disputes individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.
Section 16: Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Section 17: Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Section 18: Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

For material changes (such as changes to pricing, refund policy, or subscription terms), we will notify you by email.
Section 19: Subscription Terms
What Is a Subscription?

A subscription is a recurring order for a physical product (such as the CalmiCollar) that is automatically billed and shipped on a monthly cycle. Subscriptions offer a discounted price compared to one-time purchases.

How Subscriptions Work

  1. Enrollment: During checkout, you may see a subscription option. The subscription toggle may be pre-selected. Review your order summary carefully before completing your purchase. Your order confirmation email will clearly state whether your order is a one-time purchase or a subscription.
  2. Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your payment method will be charged automatically on the same calendar date as your original order each month. If the charge date falls on a day that does not exist in a given month (e.g., the 31st), the charge will occur on the last day of that month.
  3. Shipment: A new product will be shipped to you each billing cycle. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking for each shipment.
  4. Pricing: Subscription pricing is displayed at checkout. If subscription pricing changes, you will be notified by email at least 14 days before the new price takes effect. If you do not cancel before the new price takes effect, your continued subscription constitutes acceptance of the new price.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.

To cancel:
  • Email support@thepawesome.com with your order number or the email address used at checkout
  • Include "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line
  • Cancellation requests are processed within 2 business days

After cancellation:
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • Any product already shipped under the current billing cycle will still be delivered
  • No partial refunds are issued for the current billing cycle

Refunds on Subscription Orders

Products received through your subscription are covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery of each individual shipment.

To request a refund on a subscription shipment, follow the process on our Refund & Returns Policy page. The product must be returned. Customer pays return shipping.

Failed Payments

If your payment method is declined:
  • We will attempt to charge your payment method up to 2 additional times over the next 7 days
  • You will be notified by email if a payment fails
  • If payment cannot be collected after all retry attempts, your subscription will be automatically paused
  • To reactivate, contact support@thepawesome.com with updated payment information
